Career Goals

Due
to my advocacy for people with emotional illness and the disabled in
general, I have followed studies for one and a half years in Health
Science Administration at the New School for Social Research located in
Syracuse, NY. I have also been a mentor to hundreds of minority students
around the country and abroad.
I wish to continue furthering my development in the areas of
advocacy and mentoring. -Poetry reading and Biography called, “I am still standing.” -Workshop or lecture on Latina Writers in the US. -Workshop on how to include Latinos in the Curriculum. -The inclusion of Women, Minorities and Gays and Lesbians in the Curriculum. -Puerto Rican Culture. -Puerto Rican Family. -Bilingual Education. -Human Rights. |
